Every kitchen is checked
Before a kitchen goes live, the cook sends a video of themselves cooking, a selfie and their NIN, and our team looks at all three.
Every week, cooks tick a kitchen checklist with photos of where they cook and store food. Kitchens that keep it up earn a Trusted kitchen ✓ badge.
A cook's exact address is never shown. You see their area and roughly how far away they are, and your address only goes to the cook delivering your order.

Questions
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can watch and order as a guest with just your delivery address. You only need to sign in to like, comment, follow, post or sell.
How much is delivery?
Each cook sets their own delivery fee, sometimes a bit more for longer distances. You see it before you pay, along with packs and the ₦150 service fee. No hidden mark-ups.
How do I pay?
In the app with card, bank transfer or USSD, through Paystack. Or send a Pay-for-me link and let someone else pay.
What if my food doesn't come?
The cook isn't paid until you give them your code, so don't share it before you have your food. If something goes wrong, open Support in the app and we'll sort it out, including refunds.
Do I have to turn on location?
No. Location helps show cooks near you and who can deliver to you, but the app works without it. It's only used while the app is open.
When can I download it?
Chopinson is coming soon to Google Play and the App Store. Cooks can get ready now: see Sell on Chopinson.
